special majlis to be webcasted

they are going to webcast the sessions of the special majlis http://www.aafathisnews.com.mv/di/stories/?section=6&story=6590 would webcasting change the way the members behave in the majlis i am not very sure. its a good thing they finally is going to get full vedeo of what happens in the majlis. hope this will improve the qouram problem in the majlis that we see often now
